Hi, I’m Anna, the heart and soul behind Anna Klae Photography. I’m a proud mother and wife, based in Central Mississippi, where my journey as a photographer has truly flourished. Growing up in Mississippi, I was surrounded by the beauty of the countryside and the Western lifestyle, which have always been a crucial part of my identity. I spent four wonderful years living in the Kansas City area, but my family and I relocated back to Mississippi this past summer, and I’m thrilled to be home.

My love for photography started with a simple digital camera, but everything changed when I received my first DSLR in 2014 as a Christmas gift. From that moment, I dedicated myself to learning and improving my skills, diving into constant education in photography and editing. Photography became more than a hobby; it became my passion and a way to express the beauty I see in the world.

Horses and the rodeo lifestyle have always been deeply rooted in who I am. Growing up, I spent time around horses, and my aunt, a former rodeo queen, inspired my appreciation for the sport and culture. When my husband and I began dating, I traveled with him to bull riding clinics and rodeos he entered, where I began taking photos again. That’s when my love for rodeo and Western photography was sparked. It was at one of those clinics that many people encouraged me to pursue photography professionally, and I began practicing and honing my craft.

Life’s demands led me to take a two-year break from photography as I juggled full-time work, school, and family responsibilities. Now that we’re back in Mississippi, I’ve reignited my passion and couldn’t be more excited to connect with clients and create lasting memories. While I specialize in Western lifestyle and rodeo photography, my services extend far beyond. Whether it’s capturing the energy of the arena, the beauty of family moments, or unique creative projects, I’m here to turn your moments into timeless art.
